For the previous 12 years Chris has worked in different functions at BMW Group. In his last function Chris was responsible for the strategy of Talent Acquisition, setting up a new recruiting approach via a range of student as well as entry programs for all new employees as well as establishing a new employer branding campaign.
Chris started his professional career in a consultancy company after having completed postgraduate studies in France in International Commerce. Chris earned his first Diploma (Master & Bachelor) in Intercultural and Business Studies, studying in Spain and in Germany. He graduated from Highschool in the USA as well as in Germany.
In his free time, Chris loves to do all sorts of (outdoor) sports such as triathlon, climbing or ski touring or do extensive traveling.
