Bernhard Ehrenzeller

Rector, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland

Bernhard Ehrenzeller has been Rector of the University of St. Gallen since February 2020. The constitutional law professor comes from the canton of Solothurn and after studying law was, among other things, a personal assistant to Federal Councilor Arnold Koller before moving to the University of St. Gallen in 1997 as a full professor for constitutional and administrative law. A year later, Ehrenzeller became director of the HSG Institute for Legal Studies and Legal Practice. The rector of the HSH is married and the father of two children.
