Leila Guerra Ms Guerra previously served as Assistant Dean for Postgraduate Programmes at Singapore Management University’s (SMU) Lee Kong Chian Business School, overseeing
programmes marketing and recruitment, admissions, programme management, operations & systems, and career services for over 1,000 students. Prior to this, she served as Executive Director
for Early Career Programmes at London Business School, and as Director of Innovation at IE Business School in Madrid, from which she also holds an Executive MBA.
Leila Guerra specialises in business development, product innovation and strategy development.
Her experience includes redesigning the structure of the IE’s Masters programmes, which now feature highly across international rankings, and overseeing the launch of London Business School’s Masters in Financial Analysis.
Ms Guerra is Spanish national who has lived in eight different countries and speaks four languages (English, German, Portuguese and Spanish). As well as an EMBA, she also holds an MSc in International Business from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
