Lucas S. Grosman is the Rector (President) of the San Andrés University since May 2017. He was Dean of the Law Department from 2009 to 2017. He is a Doctor in the Science of Law (J.S.D., 2006) and Master of Laws (LL.M., 2000) from Yale University, and obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1996). He was World Bank consultant on competition and regulation (2013-2016), commissioner at the Argentine competition agency (Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia; 2001-2003), advisor to the Secretary of Competition and Consumer Affairs (2000-2001). Expert witness before the Argentine Supreme Court on constitutional law and antitrust (2013, 2018). Author of articles and books on constitutional law, social rights, rights and scarcity, equality, antitrust law, and law and economics. He is a regular speaker in national and international conferences and events regarding higher education
