Marianne Thellersen is the Senior Vice President for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at DTU. With over 30 years of experience, Marianne has been a key player in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in both academia and industry. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from DTU and has furthered her education at Stanford University and Copenhagen Business School. Marianne’s career began at Novo Nordisk, where she worked in research and development. She then moved to Novozymes, focusing on marketing and business development. In 2012, she joined DTU, where she has led significant advancements in the university’s innovation ecosystem, including the creation of DTU Skylab, an innovation hub and community supporting student and researcher startups. Marianne is also on the boards of several organizations.
