Marlos C. Lima

Director for International Affairs, Fundação Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Professor Marlos Lima is the director for International Affairs at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He teaches  Strategic Planning, Public Policy, Prospective Scenarios, and Decision Making in Uncertain Environments. He is also a visiting professor at different Latin American Universities and has led several international projects in the public and private sectors. Professor Lima is a founding member of the Latin American Group for Public Administration (GLAP/IIAS) and a member of the American Academy of Management. He holds a degree in Economics from Rio de Janeiro State University, a master’s degree in Public Administration from FGV, and is currently a PhD candidate in Administration at the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP).
