Professor Romani is Deputy Rector for Education at Luiss University in Rome, Italy. She is also a Full Professor in Consumer Behavior. She has been a Visiting Professor at University of Michigan and University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She has been also invited speaker at a variety of institutions in Europe and abroad.
Professor Romani is an expert on psychology of consumption, consumer emotions, consumer-brand relationships, and consumer responses to new technologies. She has published articles on these subjects in consumer and marketing journals – e.g. Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, Marketing Letters, and European Journal of Marketing.
